Fighter Verses-- We continue the Fighter Verses Scripture Memory program this year.  Make sure to pick up a 2026 Bookmark which gives tips for Scripture memory and our verse for each week.  Memorizing Scripture is a great way to deepen your faith and grow in your discipleship in the new year.  

Saturday, August 29 – Church-wide picnic. A shelter down by the river has been reserved all day at Foster Falls. We plan to eat around 5 p.m. Hamburgers, hot dogs & drinks will be provided by the Wesley Class. Please bring a dish to share. Everyone is welcome!

Tuesday, September 15 - Fall Bible Study begins on Tuesday nights at 6:30. p.m. We’ll be starting with a 6-week study by Rob Renfroe called “Joy Stealers: Overcoming Obstacles to Hope & Happiness.” All are invited to join!

Operation Christmas Child project is really taking off! Official collection time is Sept.1st thru Oct.18th. There are totes in the hall and narthex for donations. Please see the insert in the bulletin for needed items. We are excited to announce that we have been approved as a drop off site for the area. God is good!

The Baby Bottle collection from West End for the Pregnancy Resource Center totaled $1,253.05. Thanks to all who contributed to this worthy cause!

Agape Food Donations - Spaghetti noodles and Crackers are items most needed this month. PLEASE NO GLASS CONTAINERS. The basket is available in the Narthex for food donations.
