Fighter Verses-- We continue the Fighter Verses Scripture Memory program this year. Make sure to pick up a 2026 Bookmark which gives tips for Scripture memory and our verse for each week. Memorizing Scripture is a great way to deepen your faith and grow in your discipleship in the new year.

2025 Giving Statements are available in the narthex for pickup (please locate by alpha last name). Statements not picked up by Sunday, January 25 will be mailed. See Darlene if you have questions about your statement.

Tuesday, January 27-- 6:30 pm We will continue Max Lucado's Tame Your Thoughts Bible study. This six-session Bible study explores three scripture-based tools for managing your thoughts. All are invited to join us, and feel free to bring a friend. Books will cost $15.

Thursday, January 29 - GriefShare in Grace Hall. Each session starts at 6pm with a light.meal and normally concludes at 8pm. and is designed for anyone who is grieving a loved one. Please see Teresa Compton, Debbie Kinder, or Fielden Sanders for more information. You may also go to GriefShare.org on the internet.

NEW MEMBERS CLASS- Sun., Feb. 1 at 9:45 am (during Sunday School). If you are interested in learning more about West End and what we believe as a Global Methodist Church, you are invited to attend this class. Please pre-register with Pastor Natalie because there will be required reading before the class, so that we can complete the class in a one-hour session on Feb. 1. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: On Sun., February 1, we need volunteers after the 11:00 am service to help move dress racks and prom dresses upstairs to the Fellowship Hall. We will also need volunteers to help break everything down (move racks and prom clothes) and move it back to the basement on Sat., Feb. 7 at 12:45 pm. See Debbie Kinder for more info.

Prom Project- West End will host the Prom Project again this year on Fri., Feb. 6, from 3:30-6 pm and Sat., Feb. 7 from 10 am to 1 pm in Grace Hall. We are excited to offer free prom dresses and suits to area students through this ministry. Please pray for good weather and good attendance for the event, and help spread the news about the event!

Sunday February 8 will be a special Sunday with only one service at 10:00 am (no 8:30 am service). Our MidSouth Conference Superintendent, Rev. Todd Chancey, will worship with us that morning and we will have a Welcome Breakfast for Todd and his wife at 9:00 am before the service at 10:00 am. All are invited to this time of celebration and fellowship!
